Notice of Change of Auditor
Red Piranha Ltd (Red Piranha) wishes to announce that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has consented to the resignation of Red Piranha’s auditor RSM Australia Partners (RSM), effective from the date of this notice. The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) requires an auditor to seek ASIC consent before they can formally resign.
In accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 26, Red Piranha provides the following information:
Outgoing auditor: RSM Australian Partners
Level 32, Exchange Tower
2 The Esplanade Perth WA 6000
Incoming auditor: Moore Stephens
Level 15, Exchange Tower
2 The Esplanade Perth WA 6000
Reason for change in auditor: Cost reduction in audit costs
In accordance with sections 327B and 327C of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be brought at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Moore Stephens as Red Piranha’s auditor.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank RSM for their past assistance and services rendered to Red Piranha.
