Key responsibilities
- Lead your team to ensure that standards and procedures are in place for the department, including establishing, writing, and distributing governance that is already in place
- Supporting multiple operating systems (Window, Linux) and hardware across the business to support our 24/7 business operations
- Design, configure and install reliable operation computer systems, network servers, and virtualization, including supporting firewalls to ensure network security
- Scope, design and deliver best practice projects that are cost-efficient and within budget, to support Red Piranha’s strategic goals
- Establish working relationships with vendors
About you
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead or Manager in similar role, is desirable
- Solid background experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, administrating and supporting Microsoft Windows, Windows Servers and Linux system, Bash Scripting
- Solid background of successfully provisioning, managing and maintaining servers infrastructure in large environments
- Strong people management experience, and communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, and be a critical & analytical thinker with exceptional planning and organisation skills
- Ability to drive productivity and efficiencies in the business, whilst still serving as a valued team member
Clearance Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Police Clearance
- Must have full Australian working rights.
