We have a team of experts working on our Crystal Eye Consolidated security platform and XDR technology.  Your role is to be part of the team for the development and success of our products, ensuring the product meets both the use needs and business objectives…...you could be part of this team!

You will be responsible for 

  • Organisation and planning assembly and shipping of hardware. This includes developing and adhering to factory assembly processes and controls at local facilities.
  • Updating and logging relevant shipping and product information within the Company CRM.
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules
  • Reviewing and providing analysis for firewall security products.
  • Providing product testing and working with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to assess, monitor and report outcomes.
  • Management of system assembly procedure requirements, reporting and documentation of these procedure updates.
  • Maintaining product quality and stock management policies and procedures as required.
  • Building relationships with hardware component suppliers and sourcing of hardware components for assembly.
  • Contributing to the development of new products both with internal components and working with marketing and design teams to release new products.
  • Analysis of customer needs within the information security industry to design new product models.
  • Writing comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement.
  • Use of project management skills to plan, execute, control and close the work of the team to achieve all goals, meeting the required criteria and deliver projects on time and provide accompanying project reports.
  • Engaging with executive and technical stakeholders as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management system standards, policies, procedures, and related forms.


About you

  • Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills (as you will be communicating with our international audience) while delivering a customer centric approach.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and/or Telecommunication preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience of cybersecurity product management and technical writing or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear concise language.
  • An ability to develop a quick understanding of our technology.
  • An understanding of how the software applications work and the SDLC life cycle.
  • Excellent project manager skills. (certs a plus)
  • The ability to develop documentation plans to maintain schedules and share documentation status with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of working with SharePoint and Microsoft products.
  • The ability to learn quickly and think outside the box, to understand new solutions that are ready to take to market.
  • Willingness to be a team player and work effectively with your fellow team members.
  • An ability to pro-actively and independently identify opportunities.

Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Police Clearance
